Our Story
100% Australian owned and operated, the story of SAS Water Solutions began in Wollongong back in 1980 as the family-run business of Stephenson Chemicals evolved into talent acquisition in 2003 and recruited a new partner who changed the company name to “Stephenson Applied Services” (SAS). Adopting a holistic approach to water solutions along with a greater understanding of environmental concerns, by 2007 the company had expanded into broader product and service capabilities and was renamed SAS Water Solutions.
Diversification and further expansion resulted in the launch of the SAS Group in 2013 to include SAS Business Solutions and SAS Facilities Solutions. Under this new model, each business combined expertise, experience and innovation to apply integrated solutions across multiple industries. Today, our uniquely specialist teams are committed to customer satisfaction drawing on global insights to deliver bespoke, local, sustainable solutions.

Our commitment to quality, standards and procedure is exemplified within our outstanding leadership team.
